What is this place that’s called the hereafter, Is it all sad and gloom or lots of fun and laughter?
“So if along this road through life you find
A friend with this loyalty truth and kind
You have found a gift more precious than gold
That no money can buy, and can never be sold”
A Note from the Author
I thought that maybe the well had run dry and that I had no more poems left in me, but no, they continue to flow thank God, and I know it is for a reason…..to help someone somewhere who needs a little push along the long and winding road of life.
These poems were written during my Dad’s last illness, he said he loved them and that they brought him comfort when he was feeling down. My one wish is that they would bring that same comfort to one who is also feeling low at this moment in time.
May the Good Lord look kindly on you always.
